My story
As a passionate gardener, I’ve always found joy in growing my own fruits and vegetables in the summer time. It wasn’t until I discovered microgreens- a powerhouse of nutrients packed into tiny, colourful leaves that can be grown year round. These petit wonders, burst with flavour and nutrients, enhancing any dish with their vibrant colours. I’m excited to share my business with local restaurants and customers in the Greater Sudbury Area.
WHAT ARE MICROGREENS
Microgreens are young vegetable or herbs harvested just after the first leaves have developed. They are packed with flavour, vibrant colours, and dense nutrients. These miniature greens are not only delicious but also incredibly nutritious. Bursting with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, microgreens offer a concentrated dose of health benefits in every bite.
